"You measure the quality of care at an assisted living by how much the staff cares, and the staff at the Bay and Landing could never be rated less than 5 stars. My mother, stepfather, and mother-in-law all spent time in the Bay over the past seven years. Excellent service. Care comes first followed by sincere compassion for all the people. Our families experience with all the staff was very good. Partnered with Sharon Richardson as my mom's life ended left us with great peace. The facility is clean, food is very healthy as well as tasty. There seemed to be plenty of activities going on. If you care about your elders I would highly recommend the Bay at Elkhart."

The underground parking and our attached beauty shop, Ridgeview Clinic and Physical Therapy facility make winter carefree. Our neighbors share many interests and our housing manager plans fun events throughout the month. We have several churches, a cute downtown area, and grocery, hardware, gift , thrift and dollar stores nearby. The apartments are spacious and well maintained, as are the public gathering areas.
