Staff Spotlight

Hannah Montini

RN MANAGER
EVIN AT OCONOMOWOC

As the RN Manager at EVIN at Oconomowoc, Hannah Montini is dedicated to ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care. From coordinating with physicians and tailoring personalized care plans to educating staff on the importance of compassionate senior care, she plays a vital role in fostering a supportive and well-managed environment. Hannah’s journey at EVIN started in 2021 as a caregiver, and through dedication and hard work, she transitioned into her current leadership role in 2024. Her deep-rooted connections with residents and staff make her an invaluable part of the community.

Hannah’s passion for caregiving started early, and while she once considered a career in marine biology, she quickly realized that nursing—and working with seniors—was where she truly belonged. A lifelong animal lover, she dreams of owning a farm one day. When she’s not at EVIN, you’ll find her enjoying a cozy night in with her significant other and their two cats or planning for her next furry (or feathered) addition.

Hannah’s commitment to senior care is unwavering, and she’s proud to be part of a community that values dignity, respect, and top-tier healthcare for every resident.
