Executive Leadership Team

  • Andy is President and Founder of Wauwatosa, WI-based Koru Health, a senior living operations company. Andy’s 20-year career in healthcare includes lease up and stabilization of many communities throughout SE Wisconsin, encompassing the full range of independent living, assisted living, and memory care. With locations under management in Wisconsin and Minnesota, Koru is a fast-growing leader in senior housing and care.

  • Meredith has been with Koru Health since September 2020 and has over 20 years of HR experience. She is passionate about creating a strong workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction. Her focus is on fostering an environment where internal customers thrive. Meredith is dedicated to team building and mentorship, ensuring everyone feels valued and empowered in their roles.

  • Randy is a seasoned finance professional with 42 years of experience. He has been with Koru Health since its beginning in 2017, leading the company in all financial aspects. Randy works as a member of the executive team to bring Koru’s excellent customer service guiding principals through the finance team to residents and internal staff.

  • With 20 years of experience in senior living, Debbie Miller brings a wealth of knowledge, and a whole lot of heart to her role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Koru Health. Since joining the team in 2023, she’s been the driving force behind initiatives that not only elevate the brand but also reflect the organization’s deep commitment to quality care and community.

    Debbie’s background in sales, marketing, hospitality, and customer service gives her a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to create welcoming, enriching environments for seniors. She’s passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s transitions with compassion, clarity, and thoughtful guidance.

  • Meghan joined Koru Health in 2023 and has over 15 years of experience in the senior living industry designing and implementing company-wide wellness programs and supporting community staff in their execution. She also has experience leading lifestyle programming at a community level. She is also a Dementia Care Specialist and a Dementia Live Coach. With a background in secondary education, Meghan is committed to supporting growth and learning at any age. She’s continually inspired by Koru Health residents. She loves to hear their stories and assist in creating new experiences for them and their loved ones.

Operations Leadership Managers

  • Ashley is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 16 years of experience, currently serving as the Operations Manager at Koru Health, a company dedicated to providing exceptional assisted living services. In her role, Ashley oversees daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads staff with a focus on compassionate, resident-centered care.

    Her extensive background in healthcare enables her to manage complex challenges while maintaining a nurturing environment for both residents and team members. Ashley is known for her approachable leadership style, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

    At Koru Health, Ashley plays a key role in upholding the company’s values of dignity, safety, and individualized support—ensuring that every resident feels truly at home.

  • Jared has been a member of the Koru Health team since 2021. His health care career started in senior living over a decade ago, with some bedside nursing in between. He finds value in helping residents and their families navigate through the later years of their lives, striving to give them as much quality of life and pride as possible. When Jared is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their twins.

  • Susan joined Koru in 2025. She brings over twenty years of experience in health care, hospice, and supporting senior communities. She prides herself on building relationships and leads with compassion. It makes her heart happy when she is supporting seniors as they move to their new home, making new friends that become family.

    Susan is married to Joe; they have a son and daughter-in-law. She has two dogs, loves to decorate, and you will find her boating on the lakes during the summer. She also loves to polka!

Our name is inspired by the Koru symbol, which is based on the fern frond unfurling as it grows. The Koru represents the fern in its youngest stage of life, symbolizing new life in nature, positive growth and change, stability and strength, and peace and tranquility.
