Andy is President and Founder of Wauwatosa, WI-based Koru Health, a senior living operations company. Andy’s 20-year career in healthcare includes lease up and stabilization of many communities throughout SE Wisconsin, encompassing the full range of independent living, assisted living, and memory care. With locations under management in Wisconsin and Minnesota, Koru is a fast-growing leader in senior housing and care.

Meredith has been with Koru Health since September 2020 and has over 20 years of HR experience. She is passionate about creating a strong workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction. Her focus is on fostering an environment where internal customers thrive. Meredith is dedicated to team building and mentorship, ensuring everyone feels valued and empowered in their roles.

Randy is a seasoned finance professional with 42 years of experience. He has been with Koru Health since its beginning in 2017, leading the company in all financial aspects. Randy works as a member of the executive team to bring Koru’s excellent customer service guiding principals through the finance team to residents and internal staff.

With 20 years of experience in senior living, Debbie Miller brings a wealth of knowledge, and a whole lot of heart to her role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Koru Health. Since joining the team in 2023, she’s been the driving force behind initiatives that not only elevate the brand but also reflect the organization’s deep commitment to quality care and community.

Debbie’s background in sales, marketing, hospitality, and customer service gives her a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to create welcoming, enriching environments for seniors. She’s passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s transitions with compassion, clarity, and thoughtful guidance.

Meghan joined Koru Health in 2023 and has over 15 years of experience in the senior living industry designing and implementing company-wide wellness programs and supporting community staff in their execution. She also has experience leading lifestyle programming at a community level. She is also a Dementia Care Specialist and a Dementia Live Coach. With a background in secondary education, Meghan is committed to supporting growth and learning at any age. She’s continually inspired by Koru Health residents. She loves to hear their stories and assist in creating new experiences for them and their loved ones.

With more than 30 years of experience in long-term care, Robin Wolzenburg brings deep operational expertise and a strong commitment to person-centered service to Koru Health. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams, strengthened systems, and created cultures where staff feel supported and residents receive exceptional care. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Robin excels at aligning people, processes, and communication to elevate the resident and family experience. Her passion for quality, consistency, and continuous improvement makes her an invaluable leader in Koru’s mission to deliver outstanding senior living.
